Mr. Bert Spooner (Mike Berry) replaced Mr. Lucas as junior salesman at Grace Brothers.[1] He had a similar personality, always making quips at Mrs. Slocombe and Ms. Brahms. And much like Mr. Lucas, even though he constantly made remarks toward the rest of the staff, he was still always willing to help out in times of need. He continued to work as a junior alongside Mr. Humphries for the remainder of the show.
He became a pop singer in the show's finale.
